Top: Boiled egg, haricot verts, cream cheese sandwich spirals, carrots.
Bottom: Cucumber with oregano, clementine segments and kiwi with dark chocolate pieces.
The spirals were a little blah. I thought some herbs would be enough to flavor the cream cheese....nope! Must use a better filling next time.

Oh Wow! I love, love, love all of the recipes and bento lunches you are doing. They are works of art, truely. I have a suggestion about cream cheese filling for sandwiches. Mix the additions you choose for your cream cheese filling the night before and let the filling flavor up over night in the fridge. Cucumber and dill works well. Finely chopped peppers are very nutritious and colorful. Try to pick stronger flavors to go with the cream cheese. You can even add nuts or sauces. My mozerella sandwich sure looks boring all of a sudden! xxxooo Mom
