Yesterday was my 10th Anniversary at work, so I made myself this lunch! (Other than that, the day passed with little fanfare. Heh.)

I made a special treat for myself: Tofu Fish Sticks! And I made the letters with my favorite cheese: Muenster! And I included one of my favorite flavor combinations in the top left compartment: Kiwi slices and dark chocolate! The other compartment is filled with asparagus and yellow squash. I also brought a side container of ketchup (not shown) for the tofu fish sticks.
