More Sandwiches
Kind of similar to Wednesday's bento. I've been fascinated by this head of red lettuce that we bought recently -- it has beautiful leaves that are half green and half purple-ish red. But there wasn't much sunlight today, so it doesn't translate well in the photo. :(

How on earth do you cut carrots like that?
Hi Charlotte -- I used mini cookie cutters to cut the carrots, bread and cheese. I like to use the cutters on apples, cheese, vegetables, etc. You can see my cookie cutters in this post.
