Cheesy Flowers
I went a little crazy with the mini cookie cutters this morning. Left: Boiled egg, grape tomatoes, carrot flowers, cucumber, and basil leaves. There is spicy ginger sauce in the fish bottles (for the egg). Right: Carrot and cheese flowers with asparagus stems and basil leaves, and grape tomatoes. There is an Indian-style stew of kidney beans, chickpeas and spinach hidden under the rice!
