Mishmash of Leftovers
It's mostly leftovers today! Top: Chinese eggplant with garlic and ginger, carrots and cucumber, choco covered almonds, and a blueberry breakfast bar. Bottom: Refried beans rolled in spinach tortilla, cheese pieces, carrot and red bell pepper, udon noodles with blanched broccoli and black sesame seeds.
I meant to put the cheese IN the tortilla rollups, but I forgot! So I used the cheese pieces as filler between the rollups instead.

I really like the black sesame seeds, they really make things look nice
