A Two Bento Day!
For my husband. Left: Turkey, cheddar, provolone and mustard sandwich on skewers with some red bell pepper. Right: Boiled egg, broccoli, carrots and red bell pepper. The fish is filled with spicy ginger sauce.
For me! Top: Boiled egg, broccoli, red bell pepper scraps. The fish is filled with spicy ginger sauce. Bottom: Tofu fish sticks with some broccoli and pepper flowers.
The tofu recipe is from Vegan Lunch Box. I like to make a batch, individually quick freeze them on a cookie sheet, then put in freezer bags. Then I can pull out however many I need for lunch! I microwave them for 30 seconds to a minute depending how many. I like to eat them with ketchup.
