Frozen Spaghetti

Top: Spaghetti w/ parmesan surrounded by asparagus (sauteed with olive oil & fresh garlic).

Bottom: Cucumber, carrot shapes, kumquat, tofu fish sticks.

This was my first use of homemade frozen spaghetti, per the speedy bento tip that I learned here. I froze mine in rectangle shapes w/parmesan on top, perfect to drop in this bento box and frame with some asparagus leftover from last night's dinner. The spaghetti had thawed perfectly by lunchtime.
